HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
Step one is visiting our site, WELCOME! After looking over our site and package options you will fill out a request form, within 24hrs I will send you back a price quote and contract. Once you approve your quote and the date is officially secured with a deposit I will reach out to discuss event details and answer any questions you may have.
Our mobile bar comes to your event fully equipped with all the amenities a regular bar would have, with the exclusion of alcohol. Massachusetts state alcohol law prohibits us from purchasing alcohol for clients without a MA Liquor License. We are not a “bar”, we are bartenders providing a unique bartending experience. The purchasing and delivery of alcohol is up to you. However, I’m here to guide you through the alcohol purchase and advise you on the amount of alcohol needed for your guest. I will help to make ordering as simple as possible. When your event is over, you keep the ALCOHOL not consumed.
Why choose mobile bar services over a caterer?
Having a Mobile Bar brings a unique experience to your event that can not be compared. If cost is the question, our prices reflect comparatively with our local caterers/venues.
Can I rent just the mobile bar?
At this time we do not offer the truck for rent without a bartender. There has been a lot of time, love and thought that has went into all the little details of Mixhaulogy. We feel its journey is best presented with our team onsite
Are there restrictions to how long we can serve?
In accordance with Massachussetts state alcohol laws we are able to serve for 5 hours.
How far in advance can I book my event?
We book up to one year in advance. I would suggest booking early for events May-Sep keeping in mind they are peak season and will book up the quickest.
Can I choose my own menu?
Essentially yes! Since you purchase your own alcohol, you choose the liquor and beer you and your guest will enjoy. Located in our packages, we will have different tiers allowing for custom cocktails.
Do you have insurance?
Absolutely, we have General and Liquor Liability Insurance.
Do you have a cancelation policy?
We understand there is a lot of unexpected reasons for events to cancel. However, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon a signed contract following a consultation to go over the details of your event. We recommend rescheduling in order not to forfeit your deposit.
Do you supply the alcohol?
In accordance with Massachusetts state alcohol laws we are not allowed to purchase or supply alcohol with our packages. We are not a “bar”, we are bartenders providing a unique bar experience.
What are the requirements to rent the mobile bar?
The truck will need a flat, level ground and clear access for setting up and breaking down. Mixhaulogy does run on electricity on site. In scenario we do not have access to electricity, we do have a QUIET generator.
How far will the mobile bar travel?
Mixhaulogy will travel anywhere within Massachusetts. We include the first 30 miles from our office in Springfield for free. Mileage exceeding 30 miles will be charged at a .65 cent/ per mile basis.
